About the role

We're looking for an experienced Night Supervisor to join the team at Townsville Cleaning Contractors'. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for overseeing our night cleaning operations across various commercial sites in the Townsville QLD 4810 area. Your strong leadership and organisational skills will be crucial in ensuring our high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the night shift.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating a team of night cleaners to complete all scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard

Monitoring the work of the cleaning team and providing guidance and support as needed

Liaising with clients to address any cleaning-related concerns or requests

Ensuring all equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored

Completing detailed reports on the night's cleaning activities

Assisting with the training and development of new cleaning staff

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Significant experience in a similar night supervisor or team leader role within the commercial cleaning industry

A minimum of 1-2 years of night supervisor experience is required

Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate a team and ensure all tasks are completed on time

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and provide coaching and feedback to the cleaning team

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Familiarity with cleaning equipment, products and techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A current driver's licence
