Here are some of the things you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of your store team, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity

Managing staff break schedules, delegate tasks, and provide coaching and feedback to team members and apprentices

Supervising all stock rotation in cold rooms, freezer and shop front window.

Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing/replenishing stock

Handling customer queries, complaints, and supporting the resolution of any issues

Administering company policies and procedures to maintain store standards

Supporting the General Manager in achieving the store's financial and operational targets

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail supervisory or management role preferably in fresh meat

Being able to work in a fast pace environment

Must have time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service orientation

Proficiency in inventory management

Flexibility and adaptability

Knowledge of retail industry best practices and compliance requirements

Food safety and food hygiene qualificationsAbout us
