Café Supervisor – GC Aqua Park

Location: Broadwater Parklands, Southport
Employment: Full-time (40 hrs per week)

At GC Aqua Park, we’re all about big fun, bigger energy, and creating unforgettable memories on the water. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on Café Supervisor who’s ready to lead our café team while keeping the vibes high and the service smooth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and training café staff to deliver friendly, professional service.

Making sure stock, fridges, and shelves are always looking sharp and fully stocked.

Managing food and beverage orders, invoices, and stock control.

Hitting café sales targets and keeping costs under control.

Jumping in with ticketing and guest services — from check-ins and wristbands to gift cards and event info.

Supporting the team with first aid, incident management, or rescues.

Keeping things safe, clean, and organised, following WHS and hygiene standards.

Acting as a true ambassador for the park by promoting events, upgrades, and café specials.

What We’re Looking For

A can-do leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in cafés or hospitality (barista skills necessary).

Someone with solid people skills who knows how to keep guests smiling.

Great at problem solving, staying organised, and managing time like a pro.

Availability to work early mornings (our café opens at 6am), weekends, and public holidays – flexibility is a must.

Qualifications (or willing to obtain): Working with Children Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Bronze Medallion, Food Handling Safety.
