We are searching for an experienced and motivated Guest Service Agents and Team Leaders to engage with our guests from arrival to departure. Your leadership will inspire and guide your Front Office team, ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly. Netanya Noosa Resort operates 7 days a week.

This role requires working on a rotating roster, including night shifts (until 9pm) and weekends.

Candidates that are seeking a Full time or Part-time role are encouraged to apply and potential for Casual employment may be considered.

About the role

Provide information on local activities, events etc.

Join the team to guide the front office’s day-to-day operations with expertise

Participate and assist the guest check in / out process looking ahead

Guest Experience with effective skills in people management from enquiries to concerns

Maintain exceptional standards ensuring all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out

Team Leaders will assume responsibility for making informed decisions and resolving issues in accordance with procedures as a trusted representative of Management in their absence. Assist with training and development of the Front Office Team. Manage the communication of the streamlined operation with a friendly and committed team that strive for service excellence

The successful applicants will have:

Have at least 3 years previous front office / reception / reservations hands-on customer service experience.

Proficiency in using reservation and / or property management systems is a plus

Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure,

Excellent communication, both written and spoken
