RSPCA South Australia is looking for a casual floating Op Shop Manager to successfully manage the daily operations of our stores across the Southern Adelaide Region, working Tuesday - Saturday, up to 37.5 hours per week with the purpose of driving sales, delivering high levels of customer service and managing the volunteer workforce.
In the role you will:
Organise all store operations and allocating responsibilities to employees and volunteers.
Build an effective team by leading and managing volunteers; identify clear work functions and monitor performance against the business objectives.
Manage the Op Shop volunteer roster and regularly review to ensure suitable volunteers meet the operational requirements.
Produce high quality finance management and reporting documents within specific timeframes.
About you:
The successful candidates will be energetic and tenacious in the achievement of goals, take initiative and demonstrate the personal drive to exceed targets. They will be 'self starters' with a strong sense of initiative encompassing excellent time management and organisational skills. They will encompass a positive personality, with a flexible attitude and the ability to ensure high priority to customer satisfaction is provided. The successful managers will encompass excellent written skills and strong attention to detail, ensuring that work produced is accurate and consistently meets quality standards.
