Yellowwood Painting is seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team. With a strong pipeline of commercial projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, this role offers stability, support, and the opportunity to work with a professional group of industry specialists.

About the Role

The Painting Supervisor will oversee and coordinate commercial painting projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. The role involves daily interactions and support with the Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, Estimators, and other Supervisors through our company portal, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficient project delivery.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial painting supervision experience

Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

High level of computer literacy and proficiency with digital project tools

Proven leadership and organisational skills

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
