Darwin River Tavern is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team across multiple areas of our venue. We are a busy hospitality and retail hub with a bistro, bar, bottle shop, supermarket, function centre, and event space. Whether you are looking to start your first job in hospitality or already have experience, we have a place for you!

- Bar & Bistro service

- Bottleshop & Retail sales

- Functions & Events support

- Kitchen & Food preparation

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Preparing and serving food and beverages

- Assisting with stock handling and general cleaning duties

- Supporting functions and events when required

- Working as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience

What we’re looking for:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) an advantage, or willingness to obtain

- Previous hospitality or retail experience is a plus, but not required
