Our Cellar Door is designed to provide an immersive and memorable tasting journey, where guests can enjoy outstanding hospitality while exploring our wines. We are looking for passionate, customer-focused Cellar Door Hosts to join our team. Experienced professionals from Cellar Doors is a plus.

Who We’re Looking For

Full-time, Part-Time, Casual

Preference given to candidates with experience in Cellar Door, hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining

WSET certification or strong wine knowledge is a plus

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest experience

A passion for storytelling and engaging customers with wine knowledge

Confident and articulate communication skills

Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain high service standards

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an outstanding wine tasting experience, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit

Share the winery’s story, explaining the characteristics of our wines and thewinemaking process

Provide personalized customer service, creating a warm and professional atmosphere

Maintain the Cellar Door’s presentation, ensuring a clean and inviting space

Assist with winery events, including VIP tastings, wine club functions, and weddings

Support online sales operations, including packing and dispatching onlineorders to ensure timely deliveries
