About the Role
Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager, you’ll be the face of Tulloch Wines—welcoming guests, sharing our story, and guiding them through tastings that turn visits into lasting memories (and loyal Wine Club members). If you love a good chat, have a flair for sales, and enjoy working weekends—or even the occasional off-site event (yes, there might be some travel adventures involved)—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional and friendly wine tastings to individuals and groups

Promote wine sales, merchandise, and accessories

Convert visitors into Wine Club and Rewards members

Maintain and replenish stock levels for tastings and sales

Assist with light food preparation

Respond to customer queries and assist with bookings and POS transactions

Represent Tulloch Wines at occasional off-site consumer events (travel may be required)

Ensure compliance with WHS, RSA, and food safety standards

What We’re Looking For

A confident, personable communicator with great customer service skills

Passion for wine and interest in sharing your knowledge

Ability to work weekends and across a flexible 7-day roster

RSA certificate (mandatory if over 18)

Driver’s licence preferred

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or tourism is a bonus—but not essential
