Key responsibilities include:

Responding to enquiries and managing leads through our sales process.

Meeting with prospective clients, presenting single dwelling/modular home options, and providing tailored recommendations.

Guiding customers through pricing, inclusions, and contract details with transparency.

Managing your pipeline through CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.

Collaborating with the design and construction teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Attending industry expos, open days, and community events to generate leads and promote TMH.

Supporting the Director with insights into customer needs and market trends.
