Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer. This position is located in multiple offices across QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW & SA for an initial contract from 23/10/2025 until 30/06/2026.

About the Position
The Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer will support a federal agency to optimise Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys & Data). The role is contract-based with flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Duties

• Configure & optimise Real-time journeys & Event modules
• Build templates, personalise content, enhance event workflows
• Advise on security roles, consent, and compliance
• Upskill internal teams and support marketing automation

Requirements/Skills

• Australian Citizen (mandatory)
• Strong Dynamics 365 Marketing (Journeys & Data) experience
• CRM, marketing automation, and data privacy knowledge
• Government experience preferred
