The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing Functional Consultant to support a major Federal Government program. This role focuses on expanding and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data, enabling marketing automation and event management capabilities.

You will work with solution developers, architects, analysts, testers and marketing teams to configure, optimise, and extend Dynamics 365 features, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with data protection regulations.

MUST HOLD a current Baseline security clearance

Key Responsibilities

Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules.

Design and implement solutions for content personalisation, campaigns, newsletters, and attribution models.

Enhance event management capabilities, including registration forms, submissions, and Power Pages event portals.

Advise on security roles, permissions, compliance centre, and consent management.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer journeys, trigger-based marketing, and nurture campaigns.

Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to upskill internal teams.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

Tertiary ICT qualifications or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

Strong experience configuring Customer Insights – Journeys and Data.

Proven track record optimising Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules.

Technical proficiency in CRM systems and related technologies.

Knowledge of Australian privacy laws and data protection regulations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
