The Role

As Duty Manager, you'll be hands-on across the floor, leading large teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. With a midnight close - and most shifts finishing around 10pm - you'll enjoy managing a vibrant, high-volume venue without the burden of late-night hours.

Key responsibilities include:

Running shifts across all areas of the venue with a focus on service and team leadership

Driving guest satisfaction and maintaining operational standards

Overseeing events, functions, and busy food & beverage trade

Supporting rostering, ordering, and stock management (experience helpful, but not essential)

Acting as the go-to leader on the floor - motivating staff and keeping the venue running seamlessly

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in a high-volume pub, restaurant, or club

A strong floor presence and the ability to lead large teams with energy and confidence

Outgoing, approachable personality - you love engaging with both staff and guests

Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Understanding of rostering and ordering processes an advantage, but not required

Current RSA + RCG and full Australian working rights
