About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to take charge of a large-format, high-volume outlet store at Liverpool's Fashion Spree. This role requires a confident leader who can manage a big team, deliver operational excellence, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for creating structure and accountability, inspiring your team, and ensuring the store operates at peak performance.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of up to 20+ casuals during peak trade

Manage and deliver on sales, profit, and KPIs in a high-turnover environment

Oversee rosters and scheduling across a large team to ensure efficiency and coverage

Ensure operational standards are met including stock, visual merchandising, and compliance

Foster a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Drive customer engagement and deliver an outstanding in-store experience

About You

Proven experience in managing large teams in high-volume retail (fashion, outlet, or large format preferred)

Operationally strong with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experienced in creating rosters for 15+ staff and managing peak trade demands

Strong leadership skills - able to motivate, influence, and build team culture

Results-focused, with a commercial mindset and drive for success
