About the Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and working closely with developers to enhance our legal platform. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain system infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Provide timely support to users, resolving issues with minimal disruption.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular checks to identify and address potential issues.

Update the platform regularly to incorporate new features and improvements.

Collaborate with external development teams to implement new features and align updates with firm objectives.

Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive user data in compliance with legal standards.

Train and educate staff on how to navigate and maximize platform features.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to the platform.

Work with software developers to integrate new legal templates and tools.

Gather and incorporate user feedback to enhance platform usability and features.

Skills and Experience

Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 3 years experience in IT support or system administration.

Strong knowledge of system infrastructure, troubleshooting, and security protocols.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills to provide effective support and training.

Experience in professional services or legal industry IT systems is desirable but not essential.
