We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior IT Support Officer to join our passionate technical team. This is a great opportunity to spearhead your career and learn as you go. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and end-user hardware while working in a fun and supportive environment.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for IT support, helping end users solve tech issues, building and configuring devices, and learning about IT systems along the way. If you love troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with people, this role is perfect for you!
The role:
Be the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Maintain user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
Assist with Wi-Fi, VPN, and other network troubleshooting.
Support IT security initiatives and ensure compliance with policies.
Get involved in exciting IT projects and system upgrades.
What we're looking for:
I.T qualifications or relevant work experience.
A good understanding of IT Service Delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised.
