About the Role 💼

As a key member of the commercial team, you will:

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial transactions, including corporate, property, and contractual matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, agreements, and commercial documentation.
• Work closely with senior lawyers and directors on complex transactions and strategic commercial advice.
• Manage files autonomously with direct client engagement, while still receiving support and mentoring.
• Contribute to a firm culture that values efficiency, collaboration, and client success.

About You 🙌

We’re looking for a commercially minded, motivated lawyer who brings:

• 3–5+ years PAE in commercial/transactional law (more senior applicants also welcome).
• Strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Experience in corporate transactions, property, or general commercial advisory work (highly regarded, but not essential).
• A solutions-focused mindset with excellent time management and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while being a valued part of a team.
