Beauty Marketing & Influencer Coordinator

We’re an ambitious e-commerce beauty brand on the hunt for a Beauty Marketing & Influencer Coordinator to take our brand presence to the next level at our beautiful Bondi Junction Office.

What you’ll lead:

🌟 Social Media Strategy
Own and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. You’ll create scroll-stopping content, ride the latest trends, and ensure every post supports brand growth and sales.

💬 Engagement & Community
Be the voice of our brand by responding to customers, building out ambassador programs, and managing influencer relationships that strengthen loyalty and expand reach.

🎥 Content Creation
From iPhone snaps to polished Canva designs, you’ll capture and craft photos, videos, and reels with on-trend music and copy that bring our brand to life.

🤝 Brand Partnerships
Develop exciting collaborations with influencers, brands, and thought leaders who align with our mission. You’ll drive giveaways, campaigns, and global partnerships that deliver exposure and revenue.

🏢 Corporate Partnerships
Pitch and secure wellness initiatives with leading companies, creating new B2B opportunities and driving client acquisition through strategic partnerships.

🎉 Community & Events
Plan and deliver buzz-worthy activations, challenges, and regional events that connect our clients, athletes, and influencers with our brand.

🏆 Athlete & Influencer Engagement
Position our brand as the go-to cross-training and beauty hub for elite athletes while building ambassador and influencer programs that scale.

📢 Partnership Promotion
Maximise the value of every partnership by integrating them into our social media, campaigns, and broader marketing efforts.

What we’re looking for:

A strategic, commercially minded marketer with proven social media and/or partnership experience.

Great at customer service

A confident relationship-builder with strong pitching and deal-closing skills (from global brands to elite athletes).

A creative communicator with a sharp eye for brand and the ability to execute quickly.

Hands-on content creation skills (iPhone, Canva, reels, copywriting).

Approx. 2+ years in a similar marketing, partnerships, or influencer role.

Event planning and execution experience.

Familiarity with Canva and other social tools.
