World Expeditions Travel Group (WETG) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help grow and promote our four leading Europe-based brands:
UTracks – self-guided and guided cycling & walking holidays
Walkers' Britain – self-guided and guided cycling & walking holidays
Sherpa Van – trusted UK-based luggage transfer services
C2C Packhorse - local and iconic active tours along England's Coast to Coast

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation – Develop high-quality content for our websites, social media, blogs, and landing pages.
Social Media & Community Growth – Drive engagement and increase followers across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Email Marketing & Automations – Plan, write, and send compelling EDMs and automated email sequences.
Campaign Coordination – Assist in implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our active travel brand messaging.
SEO & Performance Tracking – Optimise website content for search visibility and report on key digital marketing KPIs.
Event Marketing & Partnerships – Coordinate marketing efforts for info sessions, webinars, and trade show booths.
Video & Visual Content – Assist with video projects and digital asset management to enhance our storytelling.
Brand Management – Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure all content follows WETG’s brand voice, personality, and sustainability values.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re an innovative, self-motivated and results-driven marketing professional who loves the great outdoors and has a genuine passion for active travel.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Exceptional writing skills – you can craft everything from engaging social posts to long-form blogs and inspiring email campaigns.
A strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and paid advertising
Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
Some knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics to measure and improve content performance.
Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in event marketing and partnership coordination is a plus.
Knowledge or personal experience in adventure travel (cycling, trekking, hiking, or multi-day active tours) is highly desirable.
