The Opportunity

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and finance tasks including:
- Processing invoices, supplier queries, and maintaining financial records in Xero
- Coordinating procurement activities and creating supplier purchase orders
- Entering and processing data accurately, including supplier invoices
- Monitoring debtors and preparing reports as required
- Preparing monthly reports for both internal and external stakeholders
- Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries with professionalism
- Providing excellent client engagement and customer service
- Logging and tracking tickets in the internal service desk system
- Drafting correspondence and maintaining document and filing systems
The Ideal Person
You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and a good grasp of accounting principles and bookkeeping. You enjoy being organised, accurate, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’re a team player with a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. You’re flexible and happy to step outside your day-to-day responsibilities to support the wider team when needed. You’re also comfortable taking initiative, working independently, and building positive relationships across the business.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) are essential, and any experience in an information security conscious environment will be highly regarded.
Salary / Rate
- $70k - $80k + Super
