Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Office Clerk.

What you’ll do:
· Complete and enter work orders into relevant systems efficiently and accurately
· Manage all aspects of invoicing
· Assist in monthly reticulation audits (supporting senior team members)
· Perform general administrative duties including answering calls, filing, and managing email correspondence
· Assist with the preparation tender documents in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders
· Handle permit applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
· Raise and track purchase orders
· Assist with quote creation in collaboration with Management
· Conduct site inductions for staff and contractors
About you
· Experience with Simpro and Microsoft
· Proven experience in an administrative or contracts support role.
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
