As an ICT Support Officer you will:

Respond to inquiries from users, identify and resolve technical problems or malfunctions with software, hardware, system configurations or network systems.

Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware components like computers, printers, routers, switches, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, operating systems, and other programs.

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network connections, ensuring connectivity, and resolving network-related issues such as internet connectivity problems or LAN/WAN issues.

Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system checks, and equipment inventory management.

Take an active role in maintaining and improving efficient use of applications and equipment.

Providing remote assistance via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot issues or guide users through problem-solving steps.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Tertiary qualifications in information technology, programming or business.

A track record of experience in this role

Excellent communication skills

Enthusiasm for working in a tight-knit team

Excellent time management and an ability to work to deadlines
