Business Readiness Lead (Cut-over)

Assignment: 6 months
Rate: $800 - $900 per day + Super
Location: Parramatta/WFH

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact between the PXP Program team and the P&C and Business/Change teams.
• Facilitate and coordinate business cutover decisions (e.g., recruitment pause, role migration, talent pool transition).
• Define the impacts and mitigations of cutover decisions, gaining necessary approvals from business heads.
• Align and coordinate readiness activities with the broader program plan and future-state operational needs.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experienced in big ERP Transformation projects
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing new organisational structures and job roles.
• Proven ability to lead or contribute to large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act and relevant workplace legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with shared services, payroll operations, or HR systems is advantageous.
