Steeline FNW is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer supplying high-quality steel and aluminium products to the building and construction industry. We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater who can work with autonomy and pride in their craft.

What we offer:

$30 – $40 per hour (depending on experience)

A supportive training period (1–4 weeks depending on progress) before moving into afternoon shift (1pm – 9pm, Monday to Friday)

The role:

You’ll be working with steel and aluminium goods, applying powdercoat finishes to meet our high-quality standards. The role requires independence and initiative – once trained, you’ll be trusted to run the afternoon shift work with minimal supervision.

Duties include:

Powdercoating steel and aluminium products to specification

Operating and maintaining powdercoating equipment

Conducting quality assurance checks for consistency and finish

Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

About you:

Experience in powdercoating is essential – this is not an entry-level role

Confident working independently with a high level of job ownership

Knowledge of coating steel and aluminium products

Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing quality results

Safety-focused and physically fit
