PSR is an Australian owned aftermarket 4x4 suspension and accessories company.
Due to the company’s expanding manufacturing department, PSR requires a passionate and quality driven Powder Coater.

PSR has a strong focus on designing, testing and fabricating the high-end product that our customers have come to expect from an Australian owned and operated business. Our in-house manufactured 4x4 components and accessories start life as a bare sheet and leave our warehouse ready to withstand the harsh conditions that our vehicles must endure. We are looking for that passionate individual who can hep produce quality products and is driven by the new and unique solutions that PSR offers.

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience powder coating to a high standard

Valid QLD LF Forklift license and experience operating the forklift

Valid QLD driver’s License

Ability to show initiative and work under pressure

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment

Passion for the automotive aftermarket industry

Tasks & responsibilities

Preparation of jobs including pre-treatment, cleaning, and hanging of jobs

Able to configure/set up powder guns & equipment

Loading/unloading of ovens and inspecting/ testing of finished product

Ability to interpret and complete job orders

Provide guidance to team members on necessary preparation & optimum hanging

Keeping a clean and tidy work environment

Work closely with the Operations Manager to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations

Adhere to all PSR’s safety regulations

Required to wear all the protective equipment supplied
