About the Role: FULL ONSITE TRAINING PROVIDED

Coating Operations: Understanding powder coating materials for application to various surfaces following established procedures and safety protocols.

Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of powder coating equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and longevity.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections utilising the latest up to date digital measuring equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of coated products, reporting any defects or irregularities promptly.

Material Handling: Manage the movement and organisation of materials within the factory, including preparation, loading, and unloading of items for coating. Forklift training provided to the right candidate.

Adherence to Safety Standards: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or hazards in the workplace.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of coating processes, inventory, and any required documentation related to production. Training on data entry and data logging provided.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and address any arising issues or concerns.

Qualifications/Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.

Familiarity with powder coating processes and equipment is a plus but not a necessity.

Current drivers’ license.

Current forklift license an advantage.
