Tasks & responsibilities

Pick approved materials from batch sheet.

Assembling of required equipment

Ensuring equipment & designated blending tank have been cleaned from previous use.

Wear appropriate PPE as instructed.

Blending of materials as per manufacturing instructions.

On completion of blending submit sample to QC for approval.

Follow any additions if required by QC

On approval of final sample rinse tank & associated equipment.

Following decanting instructions as decant sheet instructions.
