The Role

As a Level 3 Senior Support Engineer, you’ll:

Be the escalation point for complex networking, cloud, and systems issues

Lead client projects, including Azure & Microsoft 365 deployments

Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise

Drive infrastructure improvements and documentation

Contribute to cybersecurity benchmarking (Essential Eight, NIST, Secure Score)

What You’ll Bring

Degree or TAFE qualification in IT

3+ Microsoft certifications

3+ years’ MSP/IT services experience

Advanced skills across:

Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 10/11

Cloud & hybrid deployments

Networking & security (firewalls, VPNs, PRTG, SentinelOne)

Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware)

Scripting (PowerShell or Python)

Strong client-facing communication and a team-first mindset are essential.
