About the role

Bromley's Denture Clinic, a leading denture clinic in Tweed Heads South NSW, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a casual position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Handling patient inquiries and booking requests

Processing payments and managing patient accounts

Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records

Assisting the dental team with administrative tasks as required

Managing day to day operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare reception role, or a similar customer service-focused position

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanour

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using dental practice management software or a willingness to learn

A genuine interest in the dental industry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
