This isn’t your same old kitchen gig. Think late-night duke box records playing over a buzzing crowd, and next-level bar food designed to fuel Melbourne’s night foodies. You’ll be working alongside a Creative Food Director to execute an imaginative and hard hitting bar menu for a 70-seat venue, with one mission: deliver the best late-night bar food in Melbourne.

The Role:

• Run a duel -style kitchen, driving creativity and consistency across every dish with your fellow chef

• Lead and inspire a dynamic kitchen team

• Own ordering, stock, and cost control like a boss

• Keep the kitchen humming with OH&S and food safety standards always on point
