About the Role

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and professional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, along with a strong focus on customer service. Key Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and signature creations.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and craft beers to confidently recommend and upsell to guests.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with RSA guidelines and company policies.

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards of the bar at all times.

Monitor stock levels, assist with stock rotation (FIFO), and communicate shortages to management.

Follow correct cash handling procedures and operate POS systems accurately.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across bar, floor, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

Uphold hygiene, health, and safety regulations in line with company and legal requirements.

Contribute ideas for new cocktails, seasonal drinks, and promotions.

Represent the brand professionally at all times and contribute positively to team culture.

Skills & Experience

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume venue, restaurant, or cocktail bar.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, and wine service.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

RSA certification (valid and up to date).

Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and hospitality.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
