The Company

Our client is a reputable community based organisation located in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. As a stable and trusted company, and an employer of choice, they are looking to employ an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer on a part-time basis 3 days per week, or Monday to Friday shorter hours.

The Position

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working as an integral part of the accounting team you will be responsible for the processing of all accounts receivable related functions with duties such as below:

• Timely and orderly processing of invoices, receipts and credits.
• Internal reporting including end of month processing
• Maintaining accurate data and information
• Monitor debtor trial balance and follow up overdue payments
• Providing accurate and timely reports

The Candidate

You will have solid Accounts Receivable experience, a team focus, strong attention to detail and a willingness to support the Finance department where required. You will be available to work three days per week, or Monday to Friday shorter hours.
