Ownership of the month end process, ensuring accuracy and integrity of the balance sheet, P&L, and cashflow

Prepare statutory financial statements for ANZ business

Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts

Assist in budgeting and forecasting process

Overseeing of company reconciliations and cost allocations for consolidation process

Provide and present financial insights to key internal stakeholders

Partner with department leads to conduct ad hoc analysis and lead process improvement initiatives

Maintain external relationships with auditors and tax authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Prepare and review BAS, FBT, and tax returns

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accountants while acting as "go-to" person for the Finance Manager and non finance stakeholders

To be successful, you will be CA/CPA qualified, have trained in Big 4 or a mid tier chartered accounting firm with 3-5 years of experience gained in both practice and a large, complex commercial organisation. You will have demonstrable experience in financial reporting, month end, and partnering with non finance stakeholders.
