The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Accountant (Public Practice) to join our Northern Beaches office in Manly.

This is not a processing role. You will:

Manage and own your own client portfolio

Be the primary point of contact for clients

Deliver strategic advice alongside compliance

Work directly with Partners and contribute to firm-wide initiatives

You’ll have autonomy, leadership exposure, and a clear progression pathway- including potential equity partnership and international secondments to our UK and NZ offices, as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Run a client portfolio independently- tax, compliance, SMSFs, BAS, advisory

Deliver strategic advice on tax planning, structuring, asset protection, lending, and succession planning

Review complex compliance work and mentor junior accountants

Be a key player in client meetings and Partner-led initiatives

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is already thriving in public practice- not from commerce looking for a career change.

3-10 years’ experience in public practice

Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge

Confident in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills

Ambitious and motivated for career progression

CA/CPA qualified

Must have full working rights to work in Australia
