About the Role

• Maintain dashboards and weekly sales reports to support commercial decision-making
  
  
• Deliver timely ROI and promotional insights to optimise trade spend
  
  
• Track performance against objectives, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks
  
  
• Review and approve claims, validate commitments, and escalate non-compliance where required
  
  
• Monitor sell-in vs sell-out volumes to align commercial and supply teams
  
  
• Provide accurate volume tracking to support demand planning and S&OP processes
  
  
• Reconcile budgets, track performance, and highlight opportunities for optimisation
  
  
• Support audits through accurate documentation and proactive risk management
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality reporting and analysis
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  
  
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG
  
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with an eye for detail and data accuracy
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets
  
  
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
  
  
• Familiarity with promotional governance a strong advantage
