We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead to join a high-growth organisation and take ownership of delivering innovative SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is product and technically minded, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record of working closely with product and engineering teams.

About the Role
As the Program Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of programs across SaaS platforms. You will act as the key link between business, product, and engineering, ensuring technical requirements are well understood and executed to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across SaaS platforms.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Oversee program governance, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to scaling initiatives and continuous improvement across teams.

About You

• 7+ years' experience in program or delivery management.
• Strong experience with SaaS platforms and product/technical environments.
• Background in a start up or scale-up environment is highly desirable.
• Experience gained from a client-facing sales organisation or product-led organisation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and bridge business/technical conversations.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Must have PR or citizenship
