We are looking for an experienced Lead Test Automation Engineer to implement an enterprise-wide test automation strategy, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders across the business.

This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and identify opportunities to enhance automation coverage and efficiency.

Partner with Developers, QA Analysts and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure testing strategies and automation initiatives are aligned with priorities and objectives.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Senior Test Automation Engineers in a CoE and across agile squads.

You will need:

5+ years' experience in test automation, with people leadership.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Strong experience using test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and programming languages (Java, Python)

Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD and Azure services.

Knowledge on test management tools and software methodologies.
