The role is an Industrial Advocate Case Manager for a full time or part time role at our Brisbane office. We are happy to offer flexibility to the successful applicant to accommodate study commitments.

What You’ll Do

Provide workplace advice via phone and email to support our members

Learn industrial relations processes with full training provided

Work in a fast-paced environment, helping members resolve issues like unfair dismissal, pay disputes, and workplace bullying

Ensure clear and professional communication to improve member satisfaction

Contribute to a supportive and engaging workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

University students or graduates in law, human rights or a related field (or those with a strong interest in workplace advocacy)

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet

A positive attitude and a commitment to fairness

Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities
