About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Solutions Engineer to join our Melbourne team. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to support pre-sales, solution delivery, and after-sales service across our ICT hardware portfolio (switches, optical modules, transceivers, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand technical requirements and propose solutions.

Support the order-to-delivery process: installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and client training.

Provide Level 2 technical support, including remote diagnostics and escalation.

Assist with solution demos, product configuration, and customer onboarding.

Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and delivery checklists.

Collaborate with global teams and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering.

2+ years’ experience in technical support, network deployment or solution delivery.

Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching.

Hands-on experience with Cisco (XE, XR, NX-OS), SD-WAN, or Data Centre environments.

Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Strong documentation and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

Cisco / Juniper certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP).

Mandarin language skills to liaise with global HQ.
