The Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team. You’ll be hands-on with building the framework that sets up our concrete projects – from stairs and bench seats to slab edges and set downs. If you’ve got at least 5 years’ experience and take pride in your work, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and setting up formwork with accuracy and care

Working alongside the team to deliver great results

Helping out with pours and finishes to get the best possible outcome

Keeping the site safe and organised

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of formwork experience

Ability to read and work from plans

Strong knowledge of concreting methods and materials

Experience with detailed formwork (stairs, bench seats, off-form walls)

Great attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Good teamwork and communication skills

Safety-conscious and reliable
