What you’ll be doing

Managing buyer enquiries and inspections

Learning how to prepare appraisals, market research and listing campaigns

Assisting with vendor communication and reporting

Shadowing negotiations and contracts

Progressing towards running your own campaigns and building your client pipeline

The daily hustle: prospecting, following up leads, attending inspections, and assisting with appraisals

Getting hands-on experience with the tools and systems our consultants use every day — from CRM to digital presentations — so you’re set up for success when you transition into sales

What we’re looking for

A genuine hunger to succeed and willingness to put in the work

Strong communication skills and natural people skills

Common sense, reliability, and the ability to think on your feet

Sales, retail, or customer service experience will help, but attitude is everything
