What we’re looking for:

A deep love (and knowledge) of hospitality and the coffee scene

Proven experience running the floor in a similar role

A customer-first attitude, with a big smile and genuine love of making people feel welcome

Strong organisational skills and a drive to keep things running smoothly

A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and train a team

Someone adaptable, upbeat, and ready to embrace change with a “can-do” mindset

A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver fast, polished service

Weekend availability (we’re at our busiest then!)
