We are seeking an experienced Café Manager who brings a warm and fun personality to our café and the loyal locals of Maribyrnong and surrounds.

Are you a maestro at multitasking, with a knack for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere?

We are looking for a well rounded industry professional who has proven café management skills with exemplary organization, time/resource management, communication, team-building and customer service skills.

Barista experience is a plus!

Role Requirements:

3+ years proven experience in café or restaurant management

1+ years proficiency in specialty coffee preparation techniques - latte art / expresso dialing in (preferred!)

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of running the café floor, rostering procedures and inventory management

Exceptional people skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Certification in food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous

Salary Expectations:

$63,000 - $73,000 per year, experience dependent
