Skills and Experience

· Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

· Recent experience in ICU, CCU, or other acute/critical care settings

· Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and escalation skills

· Competence in medication administration and patient care planning

· Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

· Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
