Disability Support Workers – Immediate Start Casual positions

Location: Cairns, QLD

Care FNQ is looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in Cairns. This hands-on role involves providing essential support to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities in group homes, respite care, in-home support, community activities, and lifestyle & leisure programs.

Flexible work schedules available, including weekends, before & after school shifts, and sleepovers.

What You’ll Need:

✅ A current driver’s license
✅ A reliable vehicle (required for community support—participants may need transport)
✅ A willingness to engage in training & development
✅ A Blue Card (Working with Children)
✅ NDIS Worker’s Clearance (Yellow Card)
