Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into effective system and organisational architectures.
• Assess, redesign, and optimise business processes to support strategic objectives and innovation.
• Align technology, process, and policy architectures to overall organisational and client strategies.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather input, manage expectations, and foster solution adoption.
• Provide expert advice on architectural best practices, frameworks, and governance.
• Oversee the management of information assets, ensuring compliance and strategic value realisation.

Guiding SFIA Skills

• System Design (DESN): Transforming business and technical requirements into robust architectural solutions.
• Business Process Improvement (BPRE): Reviewing and enhancing business processes for greater efficiency and impact.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management (RLMT): Building relationships to ensure architectural solutions meet stakeholder needs.
• Information Management (IRMG): Managing information resources to enable compliance and business outcomes.
• Consultancy (CNSL): Delivering strategic advice to guide architectural decisions and delivery.
