About the Opportunity

Work with an established and trusted provider of advisory, consultancy, professional, and technical support services to undertake poignant engagements for clients within:

• The Australian Defence Force

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and define information security requirements for systems, applications, and networks.
• Design, implement, and review secure architectures and protocols to protect assets and data.
• Manage and monitor compliance with internal and external information management policies.
• Plan and execute cyber defence testing, including vulnerability assessments and incident simulations.
• Respond to cybersecurity threats and provide actionable recommendations for remediation and improvement.
• Advise clients on evolving security trends, standards, and technologies to maintain robust defences.

Guiding SFIA Skills

• Requirements Definition and Management (REQM): Eliciting and managing security requirements across the system lifecycle.
• Information Management (IRMG): Overseeing information assets to ensure security, compliance, and alignment with organisational goals.
• System Design (DESN): Designing secure systems and architectures that meet business and technical needs.
• Testing (TEST): Planning and executing security and assurance testing for cyber resilience.
• Consultancy (CNSL): Providing specialised advice on cybersecurity best practices, policy, and incident response.
