The Property Service Operations Branch within Infrastructure Canberra is seeking a suitably qualified individual to work on a team of talented professionals managing the fire maintenance capabilities used across ACT Government properties.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Hold specialist trade / technical experience / qualifications in the Fire Maintenance, or Fire Services fields; or
- Hold a relevant professional qualification in engineering, architecture or project management, or accreditation with a professional body recognised within Australia; or
- Hold a relevant building degree; or
- Have significant building or infrastructure knowledge and/or project management experience.
In addition, applicants must:
- Hold or have the capacity to obtain White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Silica awareness training.
- Hold a current driver’s licence (car).
- Qualification/s in procurement / contract management / work health and safety are highly desirable.
Notes: Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
This position is based in an activity-based working (ABW) environment. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
