About the Roles

We’re recruiting across all levels:

Technicians (experienced): waterproofing, protective coatings, injections, grinding, or concrete remediation.

Labourers / Trainees: no experience? No problem – if you’re hardworking and willing to learn, we’ll train you from the ground up.

Career pathway: strong performers can move quickly into Site Supervisor roles.

What You’ll Do

Deliver quality waterproofing, coating, and remediation work on site.

Operate tools and equipment safely.

Work in a team environment and uphold WHS standards.

Communicate with clients and represent Spectech professionally.

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and hardworking.

Current unrestricted driver’s licence.

Attention to detail + safety focus.

Clear communicator and professional presentation.
