We are seeking experienced Concrete Patchers to join a major precast/concrete project across the Gold Coast region. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent night shift work on a long-term project.
What’s on offer:

• Ongoing project (6 months with potential extension up to 12 months)
• Competitive pay: $54–$57 per hour
• Night shift rosters, starting at 5 nights per week and increasing to 7
• Work across multiple batching/production sites within the Gold Coast cluster

Your duties will include:

• Inspecting precast concrete products for chips, cracks, voids, and defects
• Carrying out patching, grouting, and finishing repairs to required standards
• Using tools such as grinders, trowels, and repair compounds to deliver high-quality finishes
• Ensuring products meet safety and quality compliance before dispatch
• Working collaboratively within a busy production environment

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Concrete Patcher or within precast/concrete production environments
• Strong eye for detail and finishing standards
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a rotating roster
• Physically fit and reliable with a focus on safety
• White Card and relevant tickets/licenses (advantageous)
